What is Mini Ckts
like? If anybody has friends working at Mini circuits could u please
pass on their IM (e-mail)? The interviews were hectic.
Does anyone
have idea on typical salary ranges for Components Engineers / Test Engineers
in the New York Area at an entry level with masters? Thanks.

Anybody on this forum works there?"
Doesn't look too good to
me, dude.
Also, it probably isn't a real great idea to
be asking those kinds of specific questions (and criticize the HR lady)
and then use your real name.

work with a couple
of people formerly from Mini Circuits. From what they say the pay is
low and they expect you to work 80hrs a week. No good words on Harvey,
supposedly manges through intimidation ( Solves problems by screaming).
This of course is coming from former employees.

The HR lady was really nice. Looks like Harvey does most of the
critical decisions anyway. The location in Brooklyn seems awesome too.
I hope it works out. And I'd really talk to people working there or
have moved on from the company.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
