My company is a satellite network operator and equipment manufacturer
located in Gaithersburg/Germantown, MD. Hiring has been very lean the
last few years, but finally it is beginning to open up.
There
are now a few openings for recent EE college grads with RF and/or digital
circuits design interest. Also openings for 2-year degreed lab technicians
with hardware hands-on interest.
Send me a Private Message if
you want more information.
In the past, my company has been an
excellent place for fresh grads to build very desirable skills. The
last few years have been tough and many changes have occurred, but it
looks as if that aspect of the environment will continue as new projects
are in the works.

direcway.com. Please don't respond after about Sept 15, 2005. (I don't
want to get email about this forever)
There would be no H1B sponsorship
for entry-level positions. We have a large number of H1Bs currently
here, but the business climate is quite different than it was several
years ago. We have no open positions where we cannot reasonably find
a qualified citizen/perm resident. If that situation changes in the
future, I will post another message. So, please don't contact me for
H1B requests right now.

I am a recent
telecommunications graduate working in Bethesda, MD. I already hold
a H1B visa. Will you consider my application?

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
