4 Hey good idea Kirt. Good luck in keeping the recruiter moles out
though. How are you going to screen people?

Well,
the forum has been up for a couple days and except for your post, there
hasn't been much activity. Even the viewings are low - probably because
it involves signing in. Oh well, if it doesn't get used, I'll just delete
it from the list.

373 Location: Germany Greetings Kirt,
This Forum is valuable
for the engineering community, since it allows the managers to recruit
potential skilled candidates and avoid the problematic stage of HR,
which is usually unneccessary. I hope that with time the rating of this
Forum will increase. As everybody already knows, recruiters don't really
understand the nature of the people they are recruiting, and only managers
that come from the industry can make the right decision whom to hire
and whom not!
Maybe there is a way to attract managers to post
here job opportunities?

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
