AP Post subject: Toronto and Vancouver - What's Good? Posted: Wed
May 11, 2005 3:04 pm I'm considering a move to either Toronto or
Vancouver, and I'm trying to find out if there are any RF / microwave
/ antenna type companies in and around these cities. Just looking for
company names to investigate further. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
AP

Posted: Thu May 12, 2005 12:35 am Hello AP,
There is a company
called VCOM based in Victora, British Colombia and in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Their website is: www.vcom.com
If I will hear or find out
about other companies I will let you know.
In general the employment
situation in Canada is not the best these days (and this is just an
understatement).
Good luck!!!

You're absolutely
right about that. I'm hoping, though, that enough time has gone by that
the tech world just might be ready for a comeback. I'm probably dreaming
though...

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
