This is really bad. The way that employers abuse their employees, just not to "waste"
money and build a new office for new employees. Well the hype days are over
so I think that you can only bite your tongue and move on. In better days, let's say
4 years ago, I would gone to that employer and throw the resignation letter on his desk
and quit working in the same day. The employers nowadays abuse their employees,
because they know how much a job is hard to find and how important it is to maintain
a job.

I haven't had to share my cubicle yet. But just being in an open cubicle environment
is very distracting. I know more about the personal lives of my coworkers than I would
have ever wanted to know. Employers should measure how much productivity is lost due
to these distractions.

Don't say that!!! They'll just move your whole facility to India or bring in
some cheap H1Bs! You may even be required to train your replacement. In the eyes of
your employer, you ain't sh*t. If you look, I believe it says as much in the mission
statement.
