Good afternoon, I am studying electrical engineering
n' computer science.I use ADS2002(Advanced Design
System ) of Agilent for my final project. My diploma
thesis is about linear phased array based on coupled
oscillators. I am using 4 VCOs(fixed frequency oscillators
by varactor) and I couple the consecutive VCOs with
a coupling network, which have 2 resistors and 1
transmission line.I have many problems to simulate
this circuit in ADS2002, because I do not know how
I should simulate 4 VCOs which belong to the same
schematic(For example,I can not understand about
where the oscport should be placed, which must be
only one in the whole circuit). I would like to
take some figures about the transient, locking and
steady state of the system and its phase dynamics.
Could you help me with some advices or tutorials
or anything else which will be useful for me? I
really need help..
Thank you in advance,
Panos
