How to calcute S-parameters in SPICE? - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

The only thing i could tell you is that in AVOSpice, for example, there is so-called s-parameters analysis. If you want i can give you a link to the site where you can download trial version for free

The following article describs how to display s-parameters in PSpice, in fact it is just a 'conversion' of the calculated voltage.
It is written in german, but the screenshots should be a great help.
