312MHz ASK transmitter with Antenna Tuner - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hi

I have heard that there is an integrated transmitter solution that includes an antenna tuner. The tuner comprises digital capacitors that maximise the voltage across a resonant antenna.

My application requires an ASK transmitter suitable for 312MHz working @ 2V5 and < 12mA

Anybody know who makes this part?

I believe Micrel makes a part with integrated antenna tuner.
