The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hello RF people,

We have a comm systems that has a harmonic that lies on 1575.42 MHz (GPS frequency). There are instances during operations that the comm systems knocks off our GPS reading. Besides adding more filtering to the comm systems output, is there any other alternatives we can apply to prevent the GPS from getting knocked off?

We can't move the GPS since it is pretty much fixed in position. Filtering the output of the comm systems is the only sensible thing that I can think. However, I want to know if there are any ideas that I haven't encountered, yet.

Thanks!
