High rf/low uWave transmitter - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Can anyone assist in the design of a 1090MHz 130W transmitter/power amplifier ?. My experience is very much in low frequency and digital design.
If there is an off-the-shelf solution, or if payment is required for a custom or modified design, I may be happy with that !.

What is your requirement? (Gain, Bandwidth, ...) Is this a 130W power amp or is there more to it?
