How does a balanced oscillator work and design - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Dear sir,

I like to design a balanced-oscillator that operates
at 900 MHz. Pout of each output port(0 and 180 degree phase)
about 15 dBm. I would like to make my background more solid.
Please advise me a textbook or any resource that explain principle of
operation of this type of oscillator and criterion of design.

thank you.
