Microstrip books, ADS, MWOffice - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Salam;
Can anyone provide me PDF of a microstrip book?
How can I get newest version of ADS or MWOffice?
Also I want to design a microwave frequency synthesizer. I need technical information about high frequency PCB techniques, for example in connection of a 50 Ohm 2.7mm width microstrip line to a 0.5mm pin of PLL SMD IC. Thanks.
