I would like to design a MICROSTRIP
DIRECTIONAL COUPLER of 20dB for UHF band. I am quite new in this kind
of couplers. How to begin the design with ADS and its MOMENTUM tool?Which
are the steps?

I am also new to
this topic. From what I remember, in ADS there are models of coupled
lines and also of couplers under the Microstrip line library, which
you can utilize as a start point for your design.
First, a linear
simulation to estimate the dimensions of the microstrip lines based
on the required coupling, reflections and isolation requirements.
The next step is to do EM simulations.
In addition, I have
found in Google this article, which shed some light on the design steps:
