RFIC consultant - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

This is an old post but I know a few who may be useful...the question is what do you mean by low power?..I assume you mean a low power RF design, not low power digital/analog design on a integrated RF product...in CMOS, both of these options are very common and the latter is usually the case. This is usually the case because the RF power can be insignificant, when compared to even the digigal leakage current when we are dealing with CMOS RF integrated products.
If your still checking, get back with more info.

A few more questions then:

What type of Block? LNA, Mixer, TX?

Can the work be offsite, if not, where are you located?

Permanent position or temporary?

I have several contacts who I have worked with on RF CMOS designs.
