Co-op/Internship in RF/ antenna design - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

Hi,

I am a grad student and I am looking for co-op/internship opportunities in RF/antenna design. Could some one pl suggest where to start looking? All the organizations that I looked for required American Citizenship. I am not an American Citizen and am on a F1 visa. From the little bit of looking around that I did, most companies working on RF systems/antennas are looking for American citizens.

Can someone guide me on how to go about this?
