Consultant to advise on the low-volume RF/MW component mrkt - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

We are seeking a consultant for a 2-3 week engagement who can advise on purchasing decisions of a full range of low volume RF/fiber optic/MW components (cables, adapters, switches, couplers, etc) by engineers and technicians at corporations. We would like to know how buying decisions are made in companies in the following sectors: electronics engineering service, aerospace, military, telecom, instruments, broadcast. The project is in support of a potential investment in the sector.

Highly competitive rate.

I appreciate any thoughts anyone on this board may have.
