Lead Antenna Engineer Needed in Syracuse, NY - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Lead the development of microwave assemblies for radar, communications, and EW system applications, primarily receivers, exciters, and transmitters. Work with the system design team to flow system level requirements down to the board. Lead an RF design team to develop microwave assemblies, tracking performance, cost and schedule.

Requirements: B.S./M.S. in computer engineering or electrical engineering. Must have minimum of seven or more years of direct experience. Familiarity with system requirements for a broad range of applications including radar, communications and EW systems. Ability to develop sub-system and component specifications based on top level requirements. Familiar with the design of microwave assemblies. Familiar with microwave test equipment and procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills to interface with.
