NTU information - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Greetings:

I took a couple Master's courses (microwave engineering, statistics) through NTU way back in 1990. All my classes came on VCR tapes. Although the filming was good, I found I did not like the lack of interaction and being in the classroom. Most of the period is spent watching an instructor's hand writing something while listening to a disembodied voice. Maybe things have changed significantly in 15 years, though.

I am working and will be taking this while working and also have a collegue taking the same courses with me. I am not using this to gain employment, but to finish an MS degree.
