Prospects of RF Design Engineer openings. - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

1. Regardless of the job you do, commit yourself to a defined and rigorous learning plan
2. Choose your boss carefully and ensure you understand how much value he or she will add to you - are they a task master or a coach who wants the best for you and the company?
3. Positive attitude is key - no matter the challenge - folks who don't give up and are positive rarely ever truely fail
4. Seek feedback from those around you to ensure you are aware of your true strengths and weaknesses - technically and behaviorally
