What should a BSEE grad without experience/Master degree do? - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Hi EE folks, students and engineers! What should a BSEE graduate without and good solid experience and Master degree do in the world of job search nowadays? I found out after my grad that it is a hell to look for a job with these conditions. Compare to others that have experience and/or master degree, a BSEE only grad really got no where to stand, any advice what should I do? What can I do other than taking the option of taking a Master degree course? Thanks for anyone that reply. God bless me.......
