Need RF system software suggestion - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a good basic RF system simulator that can do gain, nf, ip2/3, p1db, etc. I know there's a spreadsheet here on RF cafe but I'm really preferring a program. Any suggestions for something good that won't break the bank? THanks.

Not to be rude, but have you looked around on this website? There are lots of good programs available. I've never used it but here's one I saw on the homepage.

There are others. RF Cafe sells a spreadsheet system analyzer. Have you looked at it?

Another company makes some like CalcSys or SysCalc. You couldlook them up.
