Test Error analysis comment - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

I find myself regularily amazed how little actual test engineering error analysis is performed by many test engineers. I even had one supervisor ask why bother with error analysis, as he never had to do it. Yet I find these same people regularily getting caught up with measurement errors and test spec issues due to a total lack of understanding of test error analysis. Anyone else see similar problems?
