Good day.
I would do a search on Agilent,
Tektronix, Fluke, etc. websites. Most test equipment
manufacturers have some good application notes/product
notes about how certain things are tested.
Also you can check out Test & Measurement
magazine. Sometimes they have some articles on how
to test things.
Best of luck. Michael

I have been an RF test engr for over 20 years and
have bought many books on RF test only to find that
they were a waste of money. The best source to learn
RF testing is from the major players in the business
- Agilent, Anritsu, etc. Agilent has an excellent
series on Spectrum Analyzers - AN-150 series and
the AN-1449 series on Power measurement. Anrtisu
also has excellent app notes on RF theory and measurement.
Other good sources are RF Design, Microwaves&RF
and Test & Measurement magazines. I have learned
more RF theory and about how to make RF measurements
from these sources then from any text book I had
EVER bought.
Good Luck
