ATEC Is Seeking Multiple Entry Level Inside Sales Candidates

Our growing company is seeking multiple strong individuals that can assist our Inside Sales Department with serving our customers in a fast paced environment. You will receive and distribute inbound and make outbound calls, via phone and or web from our customers such as Qualcomm, NASA, Boeing, and other military and contract work. This position can lead into career path to a Sr. Sales position. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Required to make certain amount of calls per day
  • Required to meet monthly quota/target
  • Required to meet teams monthly quota/target
  • Receives, qualifies and distributes time-critical requests from our customers to Rental Agent
  • Maintains CRM Database -- merging duplicate records, enters names, addresses, purchases, and other required data 
  • Makes outbound calls to existing customers to assist the sales team with paperwork and update database
  • Assist Sr. Administrative team with specific reporting information

Requirements

  • Degree - minimum AA/AS
  • 1 year experience in a business environment, preferably in sales
  • Customer Service Skills -- Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Communications skills -- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Creative thinker, strong analytical skills is a PLUS
