VCO: CRO2090A-LF
Features Ultra Low Phase Noise
SAN DIEGO,

Z-Communications, Inc. is proud to announce a new RoHS
compliant, coaxial resonator oscillator (CRO2090A-LF)
in S band (2060-2120 MHz) offering ultra low (typ) phase
noise performance of –110dBc/Hz @10kHz offset.
This unique design offers a linear tuning sensitivity
of 25 MHz/V (typ) and covers the band between 1- 4 V.
It has excellent (typ) 2nd harmonic suppression
of -25 dBc.
It is designed to deliver
a typical output power of 0dBm at 5Vdc supply while
drawing 21mA (typ) over the extended operating temperature
range of -40º to 85º C. CRO2090A-LF
comes in Z-COMM’s industry standard MINI package measuring
0.50 in. x 0.50 in. x0.22 in. This amazing VCO is ideal
for automated surface mount assembly and reflow. It
is available in tape and reel packaging for production
requirements.
CRO2090A-LF
is ideally suited for microwave radio and fixed wireless
applications that require linear tuning and excellent
phase noise performance.
