Skyworks Unveils 6 and 7 Bit Digital Attenuators  Woburn,
Mass., Dec. 6, 2010 – Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:SWKS) is pleased to introduce two digital attenuators with
superior attenuation accuracy for base station, cellular-head end, repeater, test equipment and femtocell
manufacturers. The 6 bit device has an 0.5 dB least significant bit (LSB) and the 7 bit device has a 0.25 dB LSB.
These attenuators provide precise control over multi-standard radio transmitters and receivers, allow the user to
configure the device for serial or parallel control, and do not utilize blocking capacitors so that low frequency
operation is possible. The
