Z-Communications Offering V804ME02-LF Low Phase Noise VCO
Z-Communications,
Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V804ME02-LF in S-band. The
V804ME02-LF operates at 2165-2650 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-19 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase
noise of -101 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 32 MHz/V.
The
V804ME02-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 5 dBm at 12 Vdc supply while drawing 23 mA (typical)
over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -18 dBc and
comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-16-LOW package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.16 in. It is available in tape and
reel packaging for production requirements. The V804ME02-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and
reflow.
V804ME02-LF is well suited for digital radio and test instrument applications that require ultra
low phase noise performance. Additional specifications for this product can be found on-line at
