BROADBAND DOUBLE BALANCED MIXER

The SGS-5 is a broadband double balanced mixer, constructed to meet stringent environmental requirements in military, industrial and commercial applications. This product has excellent electrical performance across the broadband LO and RF operating frequency of 3 to 19 GHz, and IF frequency from DC to 4 GHz, with a choice of available LO signal levels of +10 dBm, +13 dBm or +17 dBm. The DC coupled IF makes this mixer ideal for up and down conversion, image rejection, modulators and phase detectors.

BROADBAND DIRECTIONAL COUPLER TARGETS SMALL SIZE

The new GC6-1 6-dB wideband directional coupler has been designed with a small footprint and an open board layout, suitable for automatic assembly processes. Key specifications include a flat coupling loss over the operating frequency range from 10 MHz to 500 MHz. Mainline loss is only 2 dB typical across that band. Directivity is typically 26 dB and maximum input power rating is 1 watt. Size is 0.150 x 0.150 x 0.150 in.

DCO100200-5 (MINIATURE SURFACE MOUNT VCO)

This octave range VCO operates from 1000 – 2000 MHz in a miniature size (0.3 X 0.3 in.) surface mount package with a planar resonator construction. Key features include a +1 dBm minimum output power, low phase noise performance (-95 dBc/Hz Typical @ 10 KHz offset), a +5 V bias voltage over 24 V of tuning and is RoHS compliant.

KFSA1000-100 CONNECTORIZED PHASE LOCKED SAW OSCILLATOR

Ultra low phase noise, superior phase jitter and highly stable 1 GHz phase locked SAW oscillator locked to a 100 MHz reference. Phase noise is -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and -105 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz offset. Output: +5 dBm min., dc supply: 12V/250 mA. Operating temperature: -20 to +70 deg C. Available in RoHS compliant 3.25 x 2.5 x 1.25 in. package with SMA and multi-pin connectors.

MINIATURE FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER

This Ultra Wide Band (2-4 GHz) synthesizer model MFSH200400-50 covers your needs: A real estate saver of a 0.6" square package, exceptional LOW phase noise (-85 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz and -108 dBc/Hz at 100KHz offset), a powerful buffered output (+5 dBm minimum) excellent for circuit matching/power transfer. Has a low DC power consumption and standard programming interface.

WIDE BANDWIDTH, HIGH-LINEARITY MIXER

The SFM-32 is a wide bandwidth, high linearity mixer, using MESFET transistors that surpass input IP3 of +34 dBm with LO drive level of +17 dBm.  It's ideal for applications in systems that will be operated in signal crowded areas where inter modulation distortion needs to be minimized. The conversion loss is less than 10.5 dB, and the inter-port isolation is higher than 25 dB within the LO frequency of 70 to 700 MHz, RF frequency of 35 to 735 MHz.
