- Skyworks Introduces Differential Attenuator for Cellular Infrastructure, VHF/UHF Military
and Public Safety Radios
August 27,
2013
Skyworks
Solutions, Inc. unveils a new device for cellular infrastructure, VHF/UHF military and public
safety radios. The
SKY12408-321LF
is a 50-600 MHz, 6 dB differential attenuator that is pin-for-pin compatible with
its 12 dB SKY12407-321LF attenuator, but ideal for IF radio applications requiring lower
overall attenuation and gain control. The new solution also offers a novel differential I/O
design and fast settling time for applications that down convert to a low Intermediate frequency.
The datasheet can be found on www.skyworksinc.com
at: http://www.skyworksinc.com/Product.aspx?ProductID=1557.
Samples are available, and pricing depends on quantities. Please contact a sales representative

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
