Anatech Electronics Intros Directional Coupler & 3 New Filters

header

Anatech Electronics has released new designs for a 800-2500 MHz 10 dB directional coupler, a 728 to 734 MHz cavity bandpass filter, and a 1710 to 1785 MHz/1805 to 1880 MHz cavity duplexer, and a 2412 MHz cavity bandpass filter for Wi-Fi Hotspots. All can be ordered directly through our AMCrf web store.

800-2500 MHz 10 dB Directional Coupler800-2500 MHz 10 dB Directional Coupler

The AM1650DC833 directional coupler covers 800 to 2500 MHz with a 10 dB coupling value +/-1 dB, 20 dB of directivity, 0.7 dB of insertion loss and intermodulation distortion of -140 dBc. VSWR is 1.2:1 or less and the coupler will handle up to 40 W CW, uses Type- N male or female connectors, and measures 4.2 x 1.4 x 0.9 in. Operating temperature range is 55o to +125o C.
728 to 734 MHz Cavity Bandpass Filter

The AB731B949 cavity bandpass filter has a center frequency of 731 MHz, passband of 728 to 734 MHz, insertion loss of 2 dB, and rejection of at least 40 dB at 700 kHz from band edges. Return loss is at least 14 dB, power handling is 50 W and operating temperature is -40o C to +75o C. The filter uses Type-N female connectors and measures 4.96 x 5.17 x 3.78 in.
1710 to 1785 MHz/1805 to 1880 MHz Cavity Duplexer1710 to 1785 MHz/1805 to 1880 MHz Cavity Duplexer

The AD1747-1842D335 cavity duplexer is an excellent choice for wireless applications. Band 1 is 1710 to 1785 MHz, Band 2 is 1805 to 1880 MHz, insertion loss is less than 1.2 dB, isolation is greater than 50 dB, and return loss is at least 14 dB. Rejection is at least 50 dB. The duplexer will handle 25 W and has return loss greater than 14 dB. It uses SMA female connectors and operates over a temperature range of -40o to +70o C.
2412 MHz Cavity Bandpass Filter for Wi-Fi Hotspots2412 MHz Cavity Bandpass Filter for Wi-Fi Hotspots

The Wifi2412-1 cavity bandpass filter is designed for use in indoor or outdoor Wi-Fi hotspots. It has a passband of 2401 to 2423 MHz, passband ripple of 0.2 dB, insertion loss of less than 3 dB, rejection of 60 dB, return loss of 15 dB, and rejection of 90 dB. It can handle 50 W, operates over a temperature range of -40o to +85o C, and uses Type-N female connectors. The filter can be supplied with weatherization for use in outdoor applications.

Webmaster:

    Kirt Blattenberger,

    BSEE - KB3UON

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
