Anatech Electronics Intros 3 New Filters & an Isolator

header

Anatech Electronics has released new designs for a 710-716 MHz / 740-746 MHz bandpass combiner, a 4.4 to 5 GHz Surface Mount Isolator, a 769 to 775 MHz Bandpass Filter for Public Safety, and a 2500 to 2570/2620 to 2690 MHz Cavity Diplexer. All can be ordered directly through our AMCrf web store.

710 to 716 MHz/740 to 746 MHz Bandpass Combiner710 to 716 MHz/740 to 746 MHz Bandpass Combiner

The AB897B599 cavity bandpass filter has a passband of 890 to 905 MHz, low insertion loss of 0.75 dB, and high rejection of 70 dB from 935 to 955 MHz. Passband ripple is less than 0.2 dB and return loss is at least 18 dB. The filter measures 88 x 167.4 x 46 mm and uses SMA female connectors.
4.4 to 5 GHz Surface Mount Isolator

The compact AM4400-5000IS103 surface-mount isolator has insertion loss of 0.4 dB or less, isolation of at least 20 dB, and handles forward power of 50 W average and 500 W peak and reverse power of 10 W average and 100 W peak. The isolator operates over a temperature range of -30o C to +80o C and measures 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.25 in.
769 to 775 MHz Bandpass Filter for Public Safety

The narrowband AB772B1183 cavity bandpass filter is designed for use in public safety mobile radio systems. It has a center frequency of 772 MHz, passband of 769 to 775 MHz, insertion loss of 2 dB, rejection of 40 dB at 700 kHz from band edges, ripple of less than 0.2 dB, and return loss of at least 14 dB. The filter can handle 50 W input power, operates from -40o to +75o C, uses Type-N female connectors, and measures 15 x 5.1 x 4 in. It handles shock of 20G (11 ms) and vibration of 20G (5 to 200 MHz).
2500 to 2570/2620 to 2690 MHz Cavity Diplexer

The AD2535-2655D388 cavity diplexer is an excellent choice for use in wireless applications. Band 1 frequency range is 2500 to 2570 MHz and Band 2 is 2620 to 2690 MHz, and insertion loss is less than 2 dB. Isolation is at least 90 dB, power handling is 50 W, and return loss is greater than 15 dB. It will operate from -40o C to +70o C, measures 140 x 82 x 21 mm, and uses SMA female connectors.

    BSEE - KB3UON

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
