Our mission. Our clients include government

research facilities, defense companies and engineering firms. Monteria offers extensive
depth and experience in SIGINT and COMINT applications for US, NATO and Allied military,
government and law enforcement agencies.  Monteria assists its clients
in executing their missions by providing state-of-the-art software and modern hardware-based
solutions for searching, detecting, analyzing, decoding and content analysis against
communications signals in the HF-UHF bands.
Monteria, LLC is comprised of personnel with career operational cryptologic experience
in SIGINT operations for government, military and law enforcement applications.
Our specialty areas are in receiver control, demodulation, decoding and analysis
of HF-UHF signaling, maintenance of a comprehensive HF Knowledge Base and a significant,
new technology called 3-Dimensional Direction-Finding (DF).
 This extensive operational experience allows Monteria to work with customers
not only to engineer solutions to their problems, but to find and consider all possible
applications in providing solutions for their missions – from the standpoint of
experience. Many ‘solutions’ on the market are engineered to a specification, and
not to a mission’s needs.
